bitcomet???

i have just downloaded bit comet and i am having trouble understanding it. the help guide dosent say much i have clicked on search but nothing happens its the first time i have used torrents any ideas no scarcasim please

Go to sites like mininova, bitenova, bitsoup, torrentportal, torrentreactor, piratebay, meganova etc...and when you click on a torrent to download, it will use BitComet to download it. Some files, like movies, will take quite a while, depending on the numbers. Try to find ones with a high number of seeders or peers, as they will be quicker. If they have a zero, dont bother, those are pretty much dead. BitComet is great because it has a list of links to go to. They dont always open up, though. I never use the search, so I dont quite know how well it works.
