20 years ago people did not recycle,,, everything went in the trash and now there are places that it is mandatory to recycle,,,, oregon is a good example of people actually wanting to recycle,,,, they recycle they take their cans and bottles back to the store and recycle,,,

I saw a thing on the news the other day about how some councils are only going to do a bin collection once a fortnight so recycling will increase because councils will force people to recycle more by having more recycling collections, less collections of waste to go to dumps and will fine people for not recycling

cm hurley let me tell your recycling has gone on in Japan since the end of ww2 and here in uk many years but now its really in force
