There is no combination of pigments that will give you a white disk. There are two different ways to color thimgs, light and pigment. With light, adding more makes things brighter and generally whiter. This is because the light adds light energy. With pigments (paint, colored paper, etc.) a color is produced by absorbing all other colors and reflecting the desired one. A green piece of paper looks green because it soaks up all colors of light except gereen.

With you wheel, everyu patch of color you add serves to absorb another part of the spectrum. The best you can do is to combine use the primary pigments, cyan, magenta and yellow. Each one absorbs most of what hits ot but the three will reflect some of each primary color. You shoudl be able to get a gray wheet that way. Even though the wheel cannot look whits, it still can combine three colors to get something without color (gray).

The colors of paint mixing are not the same as light mixing. The 3 colors that will produce white are red, blue and green.
It is true that light can be split into its colors by a prism and you will see the rainbow. But in TV and stage lighting, they use red, blue and green to make all the colors. The 3 colors on your TV screen are red, blue and green in triangles. You can see them with a magnifying glass, they are what is needed to let you see a color picture.

Red yellow and cyan are for paint mixing. Putting them together in paint will make a dark brown.

Red, Yellow, and Blue are 3 essential colors. I think you need all the colors of the rainbow, because white light is really a rainbow.

I was always told you needed the colors of the spectrum to get white (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet).
However, the primary colors for light are red, green and blue. you may get white with them. Try it and let me know.
