That, my dear, is why special seats are made for girls bikes.
Male seats have and extended horn that protrudes under the groin of the rider. For guys this is fine, and maybe it's more than fine for females. As a female rider rocks back and forth peddling, the clitoris is being press by the extended horn and the stimulus is quite enough to cause orgasm. Horseback riding, especially with a western saddle, can have the same effect.
When we were kids, I used to wonder why my sisters would borrow my bike when they had their own. They would ride back and forth on the side walk in front of the house. It was years before I learned to truth about that.
Little guys can reach result from "shinnying" up poles. I had orgasms that way before I knew what an orgasm was.

Different seat design??? Don't complain, just keep on pedaling and enjoy. At least you don't have to worry about having baby bikes, or worse yet, a unicycle. Only the cycles you want to have.
