We don't learn her first name. In Hitchcock's 1940 version of Daphne du Maurier's classic tale, Joan Fontaine's character is listed simply as "the second Mrs. de Winter."

They don't give the name. The author of the book in which the movie was based, did it on purpose. The name of the 2nd wife is never mentioned.
