My anti-Virus system found it, but it doesn't give me the option to delete it..when I looked it up online, the Trojan, called Win32 is medium in destruction and I want it off ASAP...I tried Stystem Restore and It won't let me pick any options, even though i'm an admin. PLEASE HELP!

This win32 is nasty isn't it? It is in fact a virus thus your spyware programs will not help. I used AVG and it recognized it but could not repair, delete, or eliminate it.
Go to CNET.com and in the bottom left of the page open the downloads. There is a free program called Antivra Anti-Vir. Download it and keep it on your desktop. This virus drove me nuts, but, with one scan by AntiVir the problem was resolved. You can set this free program for auto updates and auto scanning. Good Luck.

Depending on the exact issue at hand, a thorough Google search may be be your best bet at resolving for yourself whatever is causing dysfunction. Nonetheless, as a computer technician who runs his own business troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, and optimizing computers... I can probably guide you in the right direction. However, without having your PC directly at my fingertips, I can only make general suggestions. In this case, I would surely check out the highly esteemed world-class Reimage software from https://tr.im/ReimageRepairs ..

When people come into our shop and drop off their PC for repair, the first thing we do is run an initial diagnostic. For this function, I use Reimage exclusively. In many cases, I am able to diagnose very quickly what is making their computer run slow, or is giving them the crashes/freezes/errors/grief that brought them to me in the first place. After the diagnostic, in a majority of cases, Reimage is able to remedy All problems and replace any corrupted Windows files. I then proceed to charge a handsome fee for my services that took me all but 30-60 minutes to complete. Obviously sometimes I must work more, but often this is all it takes. It is a very powerful tool that would likely put me and others in my industry out of business if more people knew of it. So don't tell anyone lol, and Good Luck with your PC.

1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=4 do that now .Update it http://www.spybot.info/en/howto/update.html (latest updares on 14th march 2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html

then run AVG Anti-Spyware Free

first off, download these 2 files, and install them, the "ATF cleaner" program doesnt have to be installed, its a stand alone program and will run on clicking it.

http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE

then turn OFF system restore

then boot into safe mode,,and run the ATF cleaner(check all boxes), then run the the super anti spyware program,(get rid of everything it finds) then run your antivirus AGAIN.

then reboot to normaly, if it cleaned everything off, turn system restore back on and create a restore point.

if its still on there, download free avg anti virus and run it.

First off, turn system restore off. After that, you should be able to remove and keep it off.

The other suggestions won't work unless you FIRST disable system restore.
