Paul London has been in the wwe for like four years. He's had the WWE Tag Team Championship with Kendrick for almost a year. Yet he still can't get a match at WM. wtf is up with that? Does anyone think he'll ever wrestle at a WM?His only WM appearance was at WM XX, when Eddie Guerrero shook his hand.That's pretty sad, considering he's the most talented guy on SD.

he still needs the push that will make him the WM money draw
until that happens he will ONLY be a mediocre draw!
the tag team title is not enough.
and for the record he is NOT the most talented guy on SD!! maybe the lower 50% but that's about it!!!!!!!!!!!!

London is talented yes.. But most people that get into WM are people in feuds. And the WWE has not yet got London And Kendrick in a large enough fued to be put into the grandest stage of them all.
So my awnser is;
London probably will get his chance there. But as JBL/the King have said, not all get to go there.

Paul London is not a popular wrestler. If he has a match in WM, everyone in the arena will go to sleep although he use a lot of high flying moves.

Wrestlemania gets booked by the McMahon family, so unless they think it's worth the match they won't book you unless for the interpromotional battle royal which only gets shown on the dvd extra section. I hope they defend the titles against Duece & Domino or M&M this wrestlemania.
