Oh I can think of more than two! 1) In dealing with people whether its clientele, or investors, suppliers you often have to put aside your own personality and play the part.
2) Often times, especially in the beginning, you have to wear many different hats. e.g. you would be more humble and hospitable towards clientele often times bending over backwards for them- with a smile of course! Quite often you don't feel like it.
But then you take that hat off and put one on as laborer getting your hands dirty so to speak. Then there is the accounting hat, the therapists hat for your employees, the lawyer hat- although not recommended.

The ability to quickly switch back and forth is a must if you want to succeed.

theatre can be a useful tool to break the ice in an induction setting, also giving people verses to read out loud that type of thing can give some confidence in public speaking etc

i use live manekin (theatre artist) as part of event decoration. It gives extra value to the event and mostly everyone loves it.
