Depends on what you mean by "greatest achievement". The wheel was the more useful of the two, and has had a much larger impact on our society. But whoever invented it didn't do anything that someone else wouldn't have done. Eventually, someone was going to realize that things roll, and realize that such a concept could be used to our advantage. So in my opinion, the walk on the moon would be greater. It was an achievement that depended on hundreds of people with hundreds of different talents - one person could never have done it.

i would go for the wheel because even to go to the moon u need wheels dont u?and the invention of the wheel revolutionised the way man lived
and the step u know only benefitted the americans

Definitely a giant step, a step is a immediate concious decision made by man, and the direction that step is taken in is the direction he will follow.

We have not made the greatest step yet, that is to live in peace and love each other. That being said I believe indoor plumbing and sanitation is the best thing.

Not sure what the greatest achievement is, but for sure the worst was in crucifying the Son of God. But isn't it amazing, that God used our worst to bring about our greatest gift. We can now have peace with God for His Son paid the debt of our sin.
