Eat really fattening stuff like those snack cakes at 7-11 or Mcdonalds food. Drink soda instead of water. Instead of using bread to make a sandwich, use pop tarts

A couple days before eat lots of proteins, peanut butter, meat etc. The night before have starch like pasta or potatoes. The day of have protein and carbs with some fruit.

Fruits, Veggies, something healthy, and eat light cause if you wrestle it can cause cramps to eat before doing heavy athletic activity, that's why they say don't eat at least 1 hour before you go swimming to avoid cramps.

I say a good apple or banana can't hurt. Also a protein shake. Also before every match do some warmups.

well i dont really eat to much... just have a snickers but then have a double monster energy drink.. that will get u amped in a matter or 2 min! THEM LISTEN TO REALLY LOUD MUSIC AND START JUMPING ALL OVER AND SCREAMING! gets u ready for anything! and if u dont like monster try rockstar lol not much of a dif though.. or no fear.. i dont no just NOT AND DO NOT have redbull! no no no no!!!
