I m now 2 mths pregnant. I know I am supposed to eat healthly, which I tried. But each time I think of those food (eg : anmum's choc milk powder), I feel like vomitting. In the noon, if I don't eat on time, again I will feel like vomitting. Same goes for dinner. I cannot eat too much, nor to be too hungry. In between meals, I will feel nausea, fatigue and tired. The nausea feeling that I have is as though there is something blocking in my stomach, making me wanna throw out..How am I supposed to do and help myself with all these?

Just get through the next few months and I promise you will start to feel better. As soon as I got into my 2nd trimester I felt like I could do anything and eat anything, lol. It will pass so don't worry and just take this time to relax as much as possible. Congrats and good luck.

Another 'joy' of being pregnant I'm affraid. I have to admit that first time round I couldn't believe just how tired you become, as for the sickness thing, I suffered 24 hrs a day for the full 9 months but fortunately this was due to a medical reason, for you though it should start to ease up within the next month or so. Why don't you go and see your Doctor though just to make sure your both getting what you should be (vitamins wise) and this'll make you feel a bit more settled. Best of luck and enjoy looming Mummyhood...this time next year you'll be surrounded by flowers and beautiful smiles.

You're going to feel very tired at this point in your pregnancy. But don't worry, it does get better!! Try eating a lot of mini-meals throughout the day. Snack on crackers or anything else that won't upset your stomach. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, too. You'll start feeling better in a month or two.

dont worry too much - it will reduce after the third month this is a normal pregnancy effect!!!

try not to be empty stomach - eat - eat whatever ur heart desires - no hard nf ast rule - if ur feeling nauseaous allt he time - have ginger biscuits - and lick on a lemon
licking on a lemon saved me bouts of vomit and nausea
after eating keep smelling or licking a lime or lemon

it will help - hang on there u will feel better in few weeks!

unfortunately that is a very normal sign of early pregnancy. you can take dramamine to help some with the nausea. saltine crakers, dry toast, ginger ale, and sprite will help you keep your energy up some. when you enter your 4th month you should start to really feel pretty good and have some energy. good luck.
