how do i transfer my numbers from my mobile phone onto my computer i have blue tooth..thanks it is a nokia 6230i

Its very straightforward with the nokia pc suite from http://europe.nokia.com/A4144905.

It then prompts you to have back up copeis of address book etc. I find it works excellent.

You will need to download the PC suite for the phone and that way you will be able to synch your address book with you pc. Do you have bluetooth on your computer? If not you will need a cable from Nokia.
