But the only trusted painkiller to use during pregnancy, that has no documented side effects, is Tylenol.
Aspirin does not cause the uterus to contract and cause a miscarriage, but has been documented to cause complications in the third trimestor of pregnancy due to thinning of the blood.

Not sure, but I have heard that taking Correctol is very bad for a growing embryo.
