Huge cowboys fan! Problem is i'm the only one where I work so I hear it all. Well Emmitt was a guest celebrity tonight and one guy was nice enough to come to my bar to tell me. he even unlocked the door to the dj room where he was partying. My boss saw my pen and paper in hand and said he wasn't signing autographs or taking pic. Should I have done more or tried something else. Didn't want to because someone was nice enough to go through all that trouble for me once already. What do you think?

I would not have. You were told he was not signing then you need to respect that. You were given the opportunity to be there, plus you dont want to invade his privacy.

Chance of a lifetime! I would have tried. He's a really nice guy. On the other hand...maybe you would have made your boss mad. You probably did the right thing. Oh, well. At least you got to see him!

no, you did the right thing. he wasn't signing autographs and the right thing to do was to give him the privacy he asked for.
