No there isnt, this is another scam based upon the nigerian lottery scams, whenever you receive things like this, either instantly delete them, or try to have the ISP number of this person email recorded and tracked down through reporting them to yahoo and your countries email scam system.

Delete the email and ignore it. Yahoo is not promoting any lotto.

Certainly not. Scam artists would love for you to think so. Consider this...if Yahoo really had a lotto, don't you think they would promote it so that everyone knew about it?
