Click start, then on the right hand side there is three little buttons at the bottom. Click the little triangle and Switch User is there.

Click the Start button , point to the arrow next to the Lock button , and then click Switch User.
NoteFast User Switching is not included in Windows Vista Starter.

You may have to enable fast user switching. Check help.

click on the start menu then go over to where you click to shut own in the pop up menu it should be on the top
