Santiago is an old fisherman with deep old wrinkles, whom had gone for 84 days without catching any fish. He was considered as bad luck, which was the reason for his one and only loyal friend Manolin to stop fishing with him, as he was ordered by his father, although that didn’t stop him from visiting Santiago from time to time. Santiago’s beliefs were too strong to be destroyed by the thought of luck.

Santiago was an old fisherman with deep old wrinkles, who had gone for eighty four days without catching any fish. He was considered bad luck, which was the reason that his one and only loyal friend, Manolin, stopped fishing with him. He was ordered to do so by his father, although this didn't stop him from visiting Santiago from time to time. Santiago's beliefs were too strong to be destroyed by the thought of luck. (his beliefs in what?)

Santiago was an old fisherman with deep wrinkles who had gone 84 days without catching any fish. He was considered bad luck, but he had faith in himself, and did not believe in luck. Even his loyal friend Manolin stopped fishing with him, but this was due to his father's order; it did not stop Manolin from visiting Santiago from time to time.

Reasons for changes:
1) "Old" in first sentence is redundant (you already established old fisherman - his wrinkles would obviously be old too)
2) The word "whom" is always replaceable with the word "him" - as it is an object, not subject of a sentence. Try it; you 'll see it should be "who".
3) The clause "who had gone for 84 days..." is a dependednt clause (you can't take it out without losing meaning), so the comma should be removed.
4) "Gone for 84 days" means he physically left for that period of time - "gone 84 days" means that this amount of time had passed since he had caught something.
5) Your final sentence really belongs with the idea that others think him cursed, but he does not. That's why it needed to move earlier in the paragraph - to keep good flow to the paragraph instead of sounding like you should start a new one.
6) By moving it, you could remove other redundant or superflous words and get right to the point.

Hope that helps!

Line by line:

Santiago is an old fisherman with deep old wrinkles, whom had gone for 84 days without catching any fish.

-Good. Though, you may want to put a comma between "deep" and "old".

He was considered as bad luck, which was the reason for his one and only loyal friend Manolin to stop fishing with him, as he was ordered by his father, although that didn’t stop him from visiting Santiago from time to time.

-This kind of runs on a little. Also, you change tense (from "is" to "was"), you'll want to decide if this is past or present. Try something like this:
"Santiago is/was considered bad luck. This is/was the reason for his one and only loyal friend Manolin to stop fishing with him, as he was ordered to by his father. Though that didn't stop him from visiting Santiago from time to time.

Santiago’s beliefs were too strong to be destroyed by the thought of luck.

-Cool. You might want to use the word "concept" or "idea" in place of the word "thought".

Hope this helps!

how very sad.

why don't you actually learn the rules of grammar yourself and then you wouldn't have to cheat by asking others who actually listened in class to tell you the answers...
