How can I countinue my studies in North America?

I have a B.S. degree from a not very fimiliar university in iran in mechanics.

Check universities in Canada. Since you don't say what area you'd like to study (engineeering, physical science, or a non-scientific field) it's hard to be more definite, but a place to start would be the website that the Government of Canada (Citizenship and Immigration) maintains as a guide for foreign students who hope to study in Canada: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/info-students.html
