Go to the library, go to the Psychology section, look up books in your area. You will be able to use your own words in your own essay. You help yourself that way. When I was younger we used the library and encyclopedia's to help us with homework. We shouldn't be giving you your homework answers for you. You should be looking these things up for yourself. You will retain more knowledge when you truly learn it by your own study.
