I have a bad back and need to know an easy way to spring clean my walls. Without having to bend and twist.

I know that most housekeepers will come in and do what you specifically need done. You can look in your local newspaper for cleaning services. They will charge around $50-75.00 for a one time visit, but it's really worth it if you consider the health risks of even using the up-and-down motion of running a mop/wall cleaner across the walls.
I would look in the yellow pages or newspaper for someone to come in and do it, if I were you. (You said you were looking for an easy way-nothing easier than paying to have it done.)
If you have children, or other family members that you could "hire" you might be able to get the job done and not pay so much! (You could still compensate them for their effort!)
Once you have your walls cleaned for you, you can keep a supply of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers on hand to spot clean monthy or as spots/scuffs appear. This would eliminate spring cleaning for your walls and keep them looking good until it's time to re-paint. (I am a BIG fan of the Magic Eraser!)
Hope you get your problem solved!

You can get one of those wall mops (found at Home Depot)
They have an extension attached to them and are easy to use, you only have to bend over to reapply the cleaning solution.
Hope this helps.

Use a rubber mop and wet lightly and clean like that with what ever cleaner you are going to use .
