I would like to preferbally live in a homestay or with an elderly people whom I can take care of as a caretaker..Does somebody knows which is the site would be easily accessible.. I would be comming to Australia for my masters and would be there for 2 years...Please do suggest and do help me with this regard

I would suggest that you contact your University as most have (particularly on web sites) information for students on available accomodation and there are usually some share house options.
If you wish to live with someone other than a student your chances are very much reduced as non students tend to share with a relative or "partner". You could perhaps check out some real estate firms online or try the following site.
