the best way i found is to go in one of the many rooms the web give,, ,, say hello to all, then read the room,,,if you start talking to fast, you could find your self on the iggie list,, so i my self ,, watch what other are talking about, an then slowly, jump in,, i neve ,just try to ad a person to my list,, i like to learn the person, then, when i fell it ok ,,i will ask the person, if i could add them,, it call showing respeck,,,

easy you get there email adress and email each other or chat on gmail or myspace theres also msn accounts,in the internet
