Looking for "Missing Person" in Australia?

How would one best find someone in Australia, without a last name to go by, and only a picture? Jessica visited Italy sometime in the last ten years and commissioned an artist to paint her portrait of herself and her then-deceased little girl. The artist later painted a second portrait from the photograph, a copy of which she still has. The subject of the portrait, Jessica, bears a striking resemblance to someone else, who would like to contact her to see whether they are related. Any advice?
