they poo/pee. they have tubes. the same way food gets in through tubes, its gets out through tubes.
and good question. i always wondered why wrong numbers are never busy and what colour a chameleon would change to if you put it in a mirrored box

Yes, they can. But I would imagine if they were in a coma they would have to be in a hospital so their lives could be sustained. And in that case, there would be a catheter in place.
