You will have to download a video converter that converts music videos to mp4 format, which is the correct format for video ipods. Go to www.videora.com and download a free video converter called Videora. Use this program to convert this program and open up your CONVERTED video in iTunes and update your ipod. If you don't change the location of the converted video in itunes, it will show up under movies. Good luck!! If you need anymore assistance just im me or email me. I'm tooraw88.

well put your video on da desktop use the same method you use to pt songs into iTues and get in the video. iTunes will ask you if you want to convert the file so as to play it on iTunes, click on yes.
If this doesnt work then if your songs is in mp3 format then change it to mp4 by renaming it.
Ex: file name is abc.mp3, then make it abc.mp4 by right click and rename...
guess it will work
