i have a cx3810 and i recently just connected it back again to the computer and tried printing something out, but it went crazy and started printing old documents! i tried looking for a file or folder that maybe stored all old files and found nothing.

i don't want to waste time/ink/money/effort.

it only makes me frustrated.

anyone, help?

Contact your local computer shop and ask them to walk you through purging your printer - this can be done through Windows or Mac and will clear the printer's memory so you can start again.

Shut down your computer, then shut off the printer, then turn on the printer, then turn on your computer. Reinstall the printer driver. Then try printing again.
