I'd say yes. It's the only way to successfully a missing tooth. I had one put in around 20 years ago and it's fine. Very lucrative too. Not much extra work than a cap but costs 3 -5 times as much.

very in demand if only all people have money to finance implantology of teeth which is considered precious gems and wanting to be young forever.
