Best career Consultant.
By the time you retire, you've been through good & bad. Now you can teach other how to avoid problems and/or grow business, etc

When I retire I am not going to need any carrer skills because I wont have a job anymore.

Most retirees go to creative writing; sales agent; any shops: food, ornamental plants, fashion accessories, wellness, etc.
