anyone can be artistic if they want to. but that's different from being artistic as a profession. I think its all about being creative -- creative meaning being able to do something that is innovative, time-managed and cost effective. Most of the time people perceive it as being weird.. or emo or whatever.

You cant tell if by the way they talk or the way they look its more if they know how to look at something and do something with it i mean you can look at a paper bag and some one will be like that is useless but another person can be like that can be used for what ever it may be I don't know i think that is a personal opinion for this question..
