It really depends on why you want to delay your periods and how much lead time you have.

The progesterone only mini pill does not regulate your periods in the way that combination pills do. Irregularities in periods are a common side effect of pills like Noresthisterone.

If you want to use contraceptive pills to skip periods you are better off on a combination pill.

Ask your doctor about it.

This sounds like a progesterone medication and because one of the side effects of progesterone can sometimes be excessive bleeding I would recommend checking with your dr to see what they say.

It is not safe if you take anything of your own without consulting a doctor.
