My kids have created lots of rubbish neighborhoods in The Sims 2 Pets that nobody wants to play. Somebody said there was a garbage can icon in the main neighborhood screen, but I don't see it. How do I permanently delete these extra neighborhoods?

when you click on the neighborhood, there's a play and and X button, I think the garbage can is on that screen. Or you could just go to my documents and on the sims2 folder, delete the neighborhood you don't want. Ie. N001 is pleasantville. Go to thesims2.com to find out what the other two are...I think n002 is strangetown, and n003 is veronaville. n004 is riverblossom (for those who have seasons)

You will get a brand new one as the game will make one for you anyway. or it should...

One option though is to just delete the households via bulldozer. That way you have the neighborhood but not the people.

If your kids made extra extra ones, you'll see n004 (if you don't have seasons), n005, n006, etc. those are the extra ones.

The garbage can icon isn't on the main menu. It's on the neighborhood description screen. You click on the neighborhood you want to delete and the description screen will pop up. The garbage can is on the right side. Hope that helps.

I don't have The Sims 2 yet, but, I think you click on the name of the neighborhood and press delete at the same time.

If that doesn't work, go to a cheat website like cheatplanet.com and type in, The Sims 2. You answer might be there!

This handed off to me as quickly as besides. once I put in the Bon Voyage EP whilst it first got here out, my fiance replaced into taking part in his lot, and sent his sims on vaca. The loading exhibit took over 20 minutes before he in basic terms restarted the laptop, and whilst he went back in, the community replaced into long gone. I have not have been given any clue the way you ought to recuperate it...yet this has handed off to me besides.
