Indonesia does not retain any position of prime minister any longer. We used the similar political structure that is being enacted in US which is a presidental representative system. This type of political system also being used in some Republic countries such as Philipines, Cuba, etc. This system states that both head of state and head of government is concurrently being held by a President. The current President is Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono along with Vice President of his choise Jusuf Kalla. However, Indonesia in the past four decades had a prime minister from 1945 to 1963 during Sukarno regime. That old system was known as semi-presidental system (like in France today) that was later abolished by himself.

I think Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is President. Is that the same as Prime Minister? Vice President is Jusuf Kalla.
