There are a few different essential oils that can help my favorite Tea Tree also called (Miracle Oil) boil 2 - 4 cups of water wince it begins to boil take from the heat lets set for a min or two then add 6 to 8 drops of tea tree to the water. Take a towel drape it over you head and both sides of the pot close eyes and inhale for about five Min's. Repeat three times a day or till you feel relief. also put a few drops on a hanky or tissue you might be unseing. You can put a few drops on your pillow.
You can find most oil at a health store if you canny' find it there ask them I am sure they know where you can buy it. If you can not find it where you live. You can find it on the net. www..legion of light.com this is were I buy my oils for my work. They are good quality oils

A drug-free solution is easy and feels great.
Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.
The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.
You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.
You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for “what” and “how” – there’s also some good info on wiki)

There are no natural medications for sinus pain, it is usually tissue damage.
Don't be rough with your nose, just keep the air that you breathe warm. Learn to baby the pain, as it's obviously a constitution weakness that you have.

I would recommend seeing an ear, nose, and throat specialist to find out what could be causing this blocked sinus before trying anything alternative.

There is a homeopathic nasal spray called 'similasan'.(sinus relief)....It does a great job for me. You can use as needed and is even safe for toddlers. I got it at my pharmacy. Also apply very warm washcloths to your face to help relieve the pain. Hope you fee better soon. I know it's rough.

If you can take it, spicy foods are supposed to thin the mucus and help it drain if you don't have a blockage. Some people can't eat spicy foods with like cayenne pepper and all, but if you can, I would.
