I was in my friend's house, her mom was cleaning one of the rooms and there were dusts everywhere. Everytime I come in, I could smell it. Why do dusts have smell?

It's not the dust that has a smell, but the bacteria that has been growing in the dust, how ever long that dust has been sitting there. You stir up the dust, therefore releasing the bacteria into the air.

Dust is partly made up of Dead Human Skin, So maybe it was coming from that. Alternatively, Shake & Vac or Mr Sheen Furniture Polish.

I dont want to make you feel ill BUT a large amount of 'dust' is in fact dead skin cells form you, your freinds, pets etc - they smell because they were organic and when they die they have a slight odor. when the settle you dont smell them but when they fly in the air your sniffing them in your nose and you can get the odour. ...I feel sick....

so it annoys you enough to clean it...the right way, dont just move dust around, vacum, or furniture polish it...otherwise its just gonna resettle and go up your nose till you sneeze
