if u forgot ur password, then u click on to, 'FORGOT UR PASSWORD?' in the starting page, in which u enter ur id and password. then in that, u will be asked some questions to verify whether u r the right user or not? answer all those questions, such as date of birth, name of ur school...... u answer all those questions and u can create another password of ur wish.

what type of password have you forgotten?????
i mean to say whethe you have forgotten email-id pwd or word document pwd or excel sheet pwd or any other file pwd, as their are different "Password Recovery" Softwares for diffeerent Files/Softwares.
