Go to View Profile.
Hold the Control key while using the scroll wheel on your mouse to make the words smaller.
Edit Info is hidden below Public View of Profile.

Just go to your profile. Click edit and you could update your avatar from there.

I go to Yahoo Mail and just click on my avatar and voila, there you are!

u need 2 have a 360 acct....
u can edit ur personal photos there & then use that as ur yahoo answer avatar

It's there on the right hand side, at the bottom. Right below 360, IM, and email.
