there are many websites that have mental "gymnastics" that can help you concentrate better.

eating a healthy diet, exercising, and getting regular sleep go a long way in almost all these programs. start there...

Many people are afraid to choose for something. Often they fear that their choice for A is a choice against B.

Take some time for yourself.
Tell yourself this:

Don't be afraid to choose.
Accept that it is all right to make choices even if they turn out to be the wrong choice in hindsight.
Tell yourself that if your choice turns out to be wrong, you are not to blame because you made the best choice based on the information you had at the time; or: If you had to do it again, you would do it the same way.
Accept that not making a choice is also a choice: It's choosing to do nothing.

And then choose, go for it and don't look back.

Decisiveness develops as you get more and more experience in life. Keep a diary of what has been the hardest for you to decide. Then look for opportunities to use the power to decide, and keep more notes. Look back at your diary after a year or two and you will be surprised how much you have improved.

Not really. You can never think too much. I think you are rather afraid of failure .It must be a defense mechanism that you think too much so that you can reduce your chances of failure. To fail is one of the best way of learning. Be decisive. Inaction is more dangerous than nonaction
