tight vnc, real vnc, win vnc are same or not? & what are the advantages of vnc over others?

i visisted the real vnc website, but still i m confused about the question, so please help me.

We can see others desktop on our pc. & u can take control on that pc.

Well VNC is basically just a remote desktop that uses a web browser to connect to other computers.

Windows has remote desktop built into it but it does not work through a web browser it uses a different method.

VNC will allow different types of operating systems to connect, like Windows to Mac, Linux etc.
