i have a friend we fight because i drop a soy sauce in her clearance. I didn't mean it what will I do should I talk to her???

Call up your friend immediately and apologise to her . If she is really a friend she will accept. Years down the road you will both look at this situation and laugh.

Another thing, if this friend won't forgive you; that's not a friend. I mean, is your friendship that low to be ruined by a "soy sauce" ?
I understand that a clearance is a really important thing; but so is friendship.

YES you sould still talk to her! I mean its not like you ment to do it. If she's still mad at you then say your sorry if she still mad give her some space she'll come round.
