Commander Air Group. It's the title used for the person in charge of a Naval Air Wing.

Carrier Air Group. You have a Capt. in charge of the aircraft carrier and then you have a Capt. in charge of all the aircraft on the aircraft carrier he is desicnated the CAG. FYI if push comes to shove the Capt. of the ship will always win.
