First of all read alot...out loud and in your head. I mean this in the nicest way possible but i'm thinking you don't really read much seeing as you have some spelling in you text. Last of all, try hard to talk to people, this will probably increase you confidence. But I think you'll knock them dead even if you don't take my advice.

I don't know if this will be entirely helpful, but I would advise you to become well read so you know common, colloquial phrases and such. I would also advise you to get a degree in English. I can't remember the details, but there is some sort of scale in which you're ranked on your proficiency in a language. A 1 means you're like a toddler in proficiency, just learning. A three, which is where most people are, is when you can use the language to full extent in social interactions and can write formal letters and such like that. A 5 is when you can be in any situation, ANY situation and you will know what to do. Teaching a class the subjunctice pronoun refernce clause of whatever whatever to giving a clever speech at the Air Force Academy and knowing what jargon to use. If you seek to be a 5 on this scale, really get reading and get a Masters in English. Good luck to you.

Edit: Spelling, punctuation, etc is important also.

Reading other peoples messages that address th same occasions. Read inspirational messages with biblical applications. Readers Digest , A book called "Inspirational Quotations"by Albert M. Wells Jr; Thomas Nelson Publisher. Take a class "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. Join a group called Toastmasters International. Volunteer to speak often ........practice makes perfect (that's not entirely true) but it sure does help!
