as we know the translation of mRna always started with codon AUG so result in Methionine amino acid..but if u can see..the insulin or the ribonucleus didnt start with MET..why?

Regarding protein synthesis, when the mRNA is "read", the AUG codon indicates the starting point. The AUG codon codes for the methionine amino acid.

During the initiation phase of protein synthesis, the appropriate anticodon with MET will attach to the start codon.

Under some circumstances, the MET amino acid will "fall off" of the amino acid chain. In other cases, the MET amino acid will remain. Only when AUG appears after the start codon will MET always stay attached.

i dont know why, may be it is because of their structure.
