Hey! I'm not giraffophobic - I just think they are so ... er... 'different' from everything else. Yes they are beautiful, but I wasn't suggesting we should send them away!!!!

Screwy eh! They come from a far off place called Africa and live on leaves. They get the best view at the theatre or at football matches and nearly all of them have a nickname of lofty. They like gathering in family groups to tell each other tall stories .They also are nicely decorated with patches of futuristic orange blotches .Their favourite film on T.V. is High Society.

I have lost count of the number of children I have taught how to recognise a giraffe, it has a lo-on-on-ong-long neck! They are not aliens, they are majestic creatures of the earth. They story goes, that they grew their necks so long, so that they could eat the delicious fresh new green shoots that grew only at the top of the trees.

*lol* Why did you do this to me? I can't stop laughing! That's some theory you have but I'm sure that these signals are that they give to one-another...?

Wouldn't that be cool though to actually have a species on this planet that can contact another planet?

Yes they are. You can tune into giraffe antenna frequency just below 99.5 FM.

clearly you haven't seen a giraffe in its wildlife and how beautiful it looks. It is one of the world's most tallest animals with alot of elegance for an animal

You'd think that they would use the signals to save themselves from poachers, or to be rescued from cages in zoos or something.
Perhaps they have been sent here as punishment, and so can't be rescued until they have served their time.
