Ask a probing question and then shutting up.

How would your bed fit in this room?
When would you take delivery? On a Monday or would Thursday afternoon work better?
Which interior would you prefer? The tan or black leather.

Use word forms and phrases like... I'm calling you because I have a question for you...(trail off, pause and wait for a response)

What's your favorite color? things like that....Build everything they need into a script and lay it on them. They will walk right into a sale.
