I agree with you that Top Gear is one of the best programmes on TV whether you like cars or not! However, this has to be one of the most boring questions asked. Check for back answers.

I do believe it's my mate Derek H. cos he's a really good driver. And I know he's into good sounds by the band Camel, as is The Stig. Therefore using the 'Von Daniken' postulaton
theory, it must be him!

No body knows who Stig is. There are a lot of theories but no confirmation.
