Ask your family to help you to leave, perhaps to visit with another family member or a neighbor hood friend. you shouldn't have to withstand the terror a moment longer.
Make up your mind that you will see a medical professional along with your family, as soon as you can get an appointment. you have to start fixing this, now.

Oh dear, I know just how you feel. I do the same thing when my husband has friends over. It sounds like you are suffering from Social Phobia, or Social Anxiety. You need to see a therapist and possibly take some medication. It works for a lot of people. A good website for you to visit is www.socialphobiaworld.com. There you can find people who suffer from the same fears as you and sometimes it helps to "talk" with people who understand how you feel. I wish you all the best.

I can understand what u feel because i used to feel the same few years back and i used to hate being in crowd it used to make me restless. but then slowly i started interacting with my friends more and sometimes i used to go out with them . and slowly and slowly i started interacting with people more and its always nice to talk about ur fears to urclose one they really do help and when u know u have fear and u want to deal with it just the conscious attempt will cure this just give urself sometime and make efforts from ur side to overcome this fear, u will be out of the shell life.
