To err is human. You regret over your mistake. This is OK. But have you explained the circumstances under which you did it.Ask her to forgive you, if you get a chance.
On the other hand, she should not be so rigid. If she remains unbending and unforgiving, then assume that she was not your type. Then wait and be open minded; you will find another lady who is more attuned to your whims, if I coin that expression.

"we will only know how great someone is until we lose them" the saying goes, and it is true. it is not important how u pushed her away because it is there already. what u have to do now is to show her that u really regret whatever u did and is ready to prove that u are willing to do anything to win her back. pour out everything and if that still don't work, dont push it... there are things which are not really meant to be... take some time and give her some time, maybe time will heal everything and god will make a way for both of you.

Are you certain you tried everything?. Ask her what it would take for you to gain her forgiveness and love again. If she tells you, then whatever it is, give it to her. If she can't give you an answer, then tell her you will give her space and time to think about it and that she should let you know. You may just have to settle for being the best friend she could ever have by constantly being there for her.

Accept that since nothing worked, there is nothing you can do. She may be the only woman you've ever loved but you have to believe that there will be other women to love. Meet and talk and get to know other women and eventually, you will find the right one.

Be honest. Give her a detailed reason as to why you did what you did and what now is different and why you changed and how it will not happen again. If you can't do it then forget it because there is a trust issue hear and most woman when they had enough do not look back.

I ,my friend have made the same mistake. You must reconnect with this woman, and talk to her about your feelings and what you were going through...that made you decide she was better off without you. And maybe you'll find she still loves you and wants to give it another try.

first you need to know if she loves your or not. if she doesn't, then chalk it up to experience and move on. if she does love you, initiate a frank discussion asking for help on how to behave and show your sincere respect for her.

Be aware that she may love you, but the mistake you made is just not forgivable, or it destroyed her trust in you. If so, move on.

Put all your feelings and emotions on the table . Tell her why you pushed her away and how much you regret your actions. If its meant for the two of you to be it'll happen.

Ask her best friend for help. She will tell you ruthlessly what an idiot you've been , but she can also throw in a good word for you if you're willing to cope with the blame and shame...
If she'll make it her issue to help you, you've got a chance.
