Dreams are what most people have while asleep. It more like ordinary day activities, the only difference is when they wake up, they cannot get back to it and continue where they left off.
Sometimes, dreams are as a result of what you were thinking during the day or so. So, your mind seems to be awake while you are physically asleep - that is why you can remember them most of the time!

mine are spookier than hell sometimes. In fact most of the time. I'm so scared of them I've actually gotten a prescription for klonopin to keep me FROM dreaming (or remembering them). they are scary. -john (rock island, il)

Lately I think they're just stupid technology programs. Unfortunate that science would destroy any possibility of pure spiritual experience
