You should definitely give it a try. Some people really like it . But keep in mind shaving that area can lead to irritation and ingrown hairs. I used to shave but I wax now and I do full Brazillians. I only shave when I'm desperate to go to the beach and no time to get to the waxer.

It has nothing to do with trying to be sexy or please a guy (I'm not even sleeping with anyone currently). I like the way it feels. I don't have to bother trimming it and it's not itchy when it grows back. In fact it's thinner and softer. Keep in mind it will be slightly itchy growing back if you shave. I say give it a try if you are curious. There are no long term effects. It will always grow back.

Why yes, I have shaved...um...down there. I will never do it again just a warning to all guys out there....it hurts when it grows back even just a little bit....props to all the chicks who shave.

I do regularly but I've heard that you can get infections if you shave down there. I think that's for those who aren't careful. I've been shaving down there for 10 years, and I've never gotten an infection that way.

oh yeah. sure. after my hernia surgery. it was a bit of getting used to. not only does it produce that clean feeling but from a certain perspective it can seem to make things look ...enhanced. and it doesn't have to burn or itch after. these are thing you can prepare for and take care of in advance. the growing out thing. yeah that can be a little uncomfortable at times. if you're curious, try it. can't say you don't like spinach until you try it.

I`ve had bikini waxings during the summer months, but trim
pubic hair short all year, can`t stand stubble regrowth from shaving.

Of course, I have.
If you should so decide, be very careful. I don't believe in going to places where they do it for you. I can't imagine laying down with my legs spread open for some strange lady waxing me down there. I do it myself and it comes out good every time

of course. i do it bi weekly. it only itches the very first time all u have to do is lotion it.
noxema makes bikini lotion for after u shave down there. its supposed to SLOW down how fast they grow back.

i never itch. been doin it for yrs. i only wax if im goin on vacation or gonna be in a bikini for days. cuz u dont wanna shave down there every day u get bumps.
waxing hurts tho. and shaving is cheaper.

shaving is sexy. go for it......

OMG PLEASE DO NOT NAIR YOUR VAGINA!! it says right there on the bottle not to use it on/near your face or genitals. dont listen to that other girl PLEASE. i think they do make OTHER bikini hair removal creams, DONT USE NAIR!

i do sometimes, but be warned- it really does itch really bad growing back, and you can't just shave it again right away cuz you'll get shave bumps and ingrown hairs and it's not very pretty..... i suggest wax or those hair removing creams. I recommend Nair- works really good! ♥

Yeah, I did that once. It was.... unpleasant. I would only do it if you intend to keep doing it, otherwise the little hairs that grow back will stab at you every time you move.
