my ip caller "nice voiz" prompts the message "network congestion" when i try to make a call. Can anyone explaing why?? and how to get rid of the problem as i can call anyone throught it

I think you will find this simply means you dont have enough bandwidth to make an IP call.

The internet connection you are using is simply not fast enough at the time you are attempting to connect. If you are on a dialup account it probably will never work. If you have broadband you need at least enough bandwidth available for the connection to work. If you are using IM, Web browsing, email services (or other computers on the network are) then your amount of extra space just is not available. Thus "network congestion" if you are using WiFi the equipment being used may not allow VoIp at all.
